It’s not a secret that I’m a fan of the social media scheduling tool Buffer. They also happen to have a great blog. With thorough and useful content about social media marketing, the Buffer blog is a great place to go to learn anything and everything social.

If you don’t have a design background but you work with visuals on a daily basis, Canva’s blog is a great resource.

Keeping up with social media news is tough work. There isn’t a week that goes by when major social networks like LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter or Pinterest don’t announce something new. And of course, newbies like Ello, Periscope and Meerkat are always popping up. If you’re looking for a hub where you can track news about these networks, Mashable’s social media section is a good one to add to your RSS feeds. In addition to breaking news, Mashable also regularly provides tips and insights about social media marketing.
