Did you accidentally post something on your personal LinkedIn page?
As it turns out, deleting an update from your LinkedIn profile isn’t as obvious as it should be. Here’s how to do it:
1. Log in to LinkedIn. Click “Home” if you’re not in your newsfeed.
2. Select “Your Updates” from the drop-down box under the “Share an update” box. (This drop-down box should say “All updates” as a default.)
3. Look for the update you want to remove, move your cursor over it, and click “Delete” in the top right.
According to LinkedIn, some items, like connection updates, cannot be deleted. And if some time has passed before you delete an update, it could still appear on a digest email sent to your connections.
